Creating Ripples of Change in Canadian Sport

We believe the smallest act of healing can have the greatest impact.

At Athletes Empowered, we know that the smallest steps of healing and courage are powerful. We help to foster safe, supportive community so that every victim-survivor of abuse in sport can help create a ripple effect that brings about a cascade of change to the sport system. Together, we are dedicated to supporting victim-survivors of abuse through their healing journeys and collectively working to transform sport into a space that is safe, inclusive, and nurturing for every single child, youth, and adult athlete.
